I don’t care about your denomination.
I don’t care about your theological concepts.
I don’t care if you have those spiritual gifts.
I don’t care if you can debate for hours and hours about your ideas of predestination, freewill, homosexuality, gay marriage, masturbation, tattoos, Calvinism, etc.

Because when you reach the END of your life. When you stand before God I don’t think any of these will ever matter. I don’t think God will ask you questions like,

“So you’re not allowed here because:

you’re not a baptist

you didn’t memorize the 5 points of Calvinism

you didn’t speak in tongues or whatever

you have tattoos

you’re gay ….. and the list goes on and on. (Not that I condone homosexuality, but when ‘CHRISTIANS’ specifically bash on homosexuals and saying that God hates them they are going to hell and there’s no chance for them, I think that’s wrong. )

Going back to my point, just pause for a second and think. None of those things are really going to matter when you stand before God. All that’s gonna matter is if you truly. TRULY believed and followed the Son of God. If you truly and genuinely surrendered your life to Christ so that He can live in your heart. Those things listed above, well eventually won’t matter. As you follow Christ and dive into His word you will know the TRUTH and your mind will be transformed into His and you will know His perfect WILL. When you allow His life to live in you, the very life you bleed out is His. And that’s powerful!

Brothers and Sisters, let’s stop bashing on other Christians for real. Apostle Paul says this:

Remind everyone about these things, and command them in God’s presence to stop fighting over words. Such arguments are useless, and they can ruin those who hear them.Avoid worthless, foolish talk that only leads to more godless behavior.^{2 Timothy 14-19}

The apostles were able to spread the gospel but they didn’t have anything besides the law and His Holy Spirit. What more now that we have everything in Christ.
(His Spirit, Word, and Church).

So let’s get back to basic here. Dive into His word because His word is the ONLY TRUTH! Fellowship with Him in prayer and worship and just seek His face and put your full faith in His word not in any concepts, pastor’s podcast/blog etc.

Break down those prides and humble yourself before God. We are called to stand against the enemy, not against our very own brothers and sisters or even our neighbors. We are called to love because God is love. I don’t care how smart you are and how much you know, God is above all things and He is greater than all of us. There is so much mystery about God that we will never know.

I often find myself in situations I don’t want to be in because of decisions I make without thoroughly thinking about it. And I can’t just easily escape these situations, or is it really? What if it’s just me thinking that it’s hard but in reality, I’m just afraid of being honest and making those bold moves?

God defines you. Not your friends, not a guy or girl, not society, popularity, beauty. Your identity should come from God and God alone, and in that we should be secure.
